Ali Bickert

Ali has been part of the animal rescue/shelter field, in one way or another, for 8 years. She went to SUNY Oswego for her Zoology degree and started working at the Ulster County SPCA right out of college. She then moved on to be a zookeeper, a vet assistant/technician/receptionist and then found her way back to the Ulster County SPCA. She recently received her NY State Wildlife Rehabilitation License. She is currently working as a vet assistant/receptionist at the Animal Emergency Clinic of the Hudson Valley as well as working at the Ulster County SPCA.
She has 3 rescue cats of her own - Doc J, Moosa and Banana.
Andrea Hoffner

Andrea has been working in the Pet Care Industry for more than 20 years! She has worked as a veterinary assistant/tech, managed Doggie Daycares in multiple states, volunteered and worked at numerous animal shelters, and recently received her NY State Wildlife Rehabilitation License. She currently owns and operates her own Dog Walking and Pet Care business, “Wags and Whiskers” Pet Care and Adventures. She also grew up with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, bunnies and goats!
She currently has 3 dogs and 5 cats of her own. 2 shelties-Mojo and Journey, and a Samoyed named Thiazi. And 5 cats named Poofers, Nixie, Floyd, Felix and Fats.
